We're here whenever you need us
Losing a pet doesn't wait for opening hours, and neither do we. You can call us at any hour of the day or night, and we'll answer the phone ourselves — one of our own family, never a call centre.
Every day of the year, day and night. If your pet has just passed, or you simply need to talk it through, call us straight away and we'll gently guide you.

This is where families come to bring their pet into our care, or to collect their ashes. Every visit is a private appointment, arranged just for you.
Every visit is by appointment
All collections and drop-offs are arranged in advance — either by telephone, or more conveniently through our simple online booking system. When you arrange a time, that time is held quietly for you and your pet alone.
Because we give every family the same unhurried, personal attention, we gently ask that you don't arrive without an appointment. It's the only way we can be certain that when you come to us, we're ready — with the time, the privacy and the care that your pet deserves, and no other family waiting at the same time.
The three ways we care for your pet
We collect from you
From your home or your vet, within our opening hours, seven days a week. We'll agree a collection time when you book. Need us outside those hours? We can almost always help — an out-of-hours collection is available for a small surcharge.
You bring your pet to us
You're welcome to bring your pet to our welcome room yourself. Please book a time first, by phone or online, so we can receive you privately and give you all the time you need.
A gentle goodbye at home
We can arrange a home visit with a caring, registered vet, and look after everything afterwards. Read about home goodbyes →
