Your questions, answered
When can you collect my pet?+
We collect from your home or your vet throughout our normal opening hours — 10am to 5.30pm, seven days a week (see our opening hours). If you need us outside those hours, we can almost always still help: an out-of-hours collection can be arranged, subject to a small out-of-hours collection surcharge. Our phone line is answered 24 hours a day, so you can always reach us the moment you need to.
Will my pet be cremated individually?+
Always. Every pet is cremated on their own, never with another, and the ashes returned to you are only ever your pet's.
How much does pet cremation cost?+
Individual cremation starts from £85 depending on your pet's size, with dog prices rising by weight. See the full price list and spread the cost with Klarna.
Do you offer a home goodbye or at-home euthanasia?+
Yes. We can arrange a gentle home visit with a caring, registered vet so your pet can pass peacefully at home — and we look after everything afterwards with individual cremation and the return of their ashes. Read more.
How soon will I get my pet's ashes back?+
Usually within a few days, and sometimes sooner. We'll keep you updated and return your pet's ashes to you with care.
Can I spread the cost?+
