Bringing your pet to us, or collecting their ashes yourself, is always free and keeps your farewell at its lowest cost. If you would rather we came, collection is free within 15 miles of us.

Return of ashes is by our own private pet ambulance, within a gentle 3-hour window. Evening collection out of hours (until 10pm) is available for £50.00, or we will gently collect first thing next morning at no charge. Beyond our online range, please call and we will arrange it for you.
Our price promise
We aim to be the most competitive pet cremation service in the UK, and we will not be beaten on a like-for-like quote. If you are quoted less elsewhere for the same care, send it to us and we will match it, or come in cheaper, confirmed within the hour during office hours.
